Newport Aquarium

Last Tuesday we took off for a day trip to the Newport Aquarium

just on the Cinci and Kentucky border. We had a great trip. Kids had to compare
their head size with the Alligator!
Germ had affection for the model Shark (dogfish?)

by the end Milo was tired and was saving his energy for the shark petting!

Reach on in and pet one! they were so sweet and patient. Once the kids figured that out they dipped in and pet one!

Of course when we were done we hit Ikea! that is Mom's fun! ;)

Easter Day

Easter Day was fun, my Family came over to hang out and help put together
the new basketball hoop for the girls to practice their shots on. Milo and Casie made a pretty sweet X Wing Fighter
out of the box when it was done!

plus if you cant make a jump shot, you can turn the hoop pole
into a star wars aircraft of choice!

My Dad and the kids, of course as Dad was trying to leave!

Milo's Soccer game

Milo joined a soccer team with his friend Joey this spring. He is finally getting a hang of it. Its funny to watch him go from playing so introverted as young kids do, to thinking "oh, hmm, maybe I should kick that ball coming AT me?!"

Milo during last Saturday's 9:45am game. He did not want to play.

he was so tired he wanted to go back and just play transformers in bed.

I dont blame him. but he tried to keep up!

So far his team has won 2 -3 games. At least he is still having fun! ok, on the later games that is! ;)
